Yes. The Penwell is a pet-friendly apartment community in Odessa, TX. Residents can enjoy a dedicated pet park and convenient community amenities designed with pet owners in mind. Please keep in mind, we do not allow aggressive breeds or hybrid breeds, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Bull Mastiffs, Chows, Great Danes, and American Bulldogs. We do require pet interviews as well. Exotic pets are not permitted.
How many pets can I have at The Penwell?
The Penwell allows up to 2 pets per home. Weight Limit of 80 lbs or less. Contact the leasing team for the most up-to-date information regarding the number of pets allowed, applicable fees, weight limits, and breed restrictions.
Are there any pet deposits, fees, or monthly pet rent?
The Penwell charges a $400 nonrefundable pet fee, and a $400 refundable pet deposit for one pet, for two pets it is $600 nonrefundable pet fee, and a $600 refundable deposit. Pet Rent is $15 for one pet, $20 for two pets.
